Is it really free?

Yes. There is no charge to register, select or download your targeted list of contacts using this web site.

If you require a personal consultation your 200 contacts remain absolutely FREE, however there is a £25 charge (incl VAT) for the consultation.

Will my details be entered into your database and resold to third parties?

No. Your details will not be entered into our database without your prior consent. As with all UK businesses, we may ring you at a later date to ask if you would like to be included, and of course you are free to decline this from happening.

Can I choose which records I receive?

Using our online selection tool, you can set a criteria for your list based on:

  • Location (postcode)
  • Industry
  • Size of business (number of employees)
  • Decision maker (the title of the person you need to speak to)

How can I use the information?

You can use the information supplied as many times as required during a 12 month period. You are free to decide whether you phone or mail each contact. More information on how to use your free contacts.

My business only sells direct to consumers. Can I still benefit?

Corpdata are currently in discussion with suppliers of consumer information to be able to offer this as a free download. If you would like to be kept informed of future developments, please email us.

NB: You may still find that targeting employees at local organisations can be highly effective in promoting your product or service.

How long will it take to receive the list?

Registration takes less than 30 seconds to complete. After this, you are free to begin selecting the type of contact you wish to receive. Once happy with your selection, simply click on the link labelled 'Take 200 free', and your list will automatically begin to download. The whole process from registration to receiving your list should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete.

I would like more than 200 contacts - is this possible?

Whilst this offer is limited to a maximum of 200 free contacts, we will be more than happy to discuss any requirement that exceeds this limit. For information on pricing, or simply to discuss your requirement, please contact us.

Why do you need to call me?

As the offer is only open to UK businesses, and only 1 free list is available to each company. We need to verify that your details are correct before supplying you the list of contacts. In order to do this we will ring you on the number supplied and ask you to confirm your company details. Once this process has been completed, you will be able to download your contacts.

How do you collect the information?

Corpdata are a list owner. Our team of telephone researchers spend their working days collecting, updating and verifying information from companies across the UK. Our database contains over 1.3 million decision-making contacts, and each one is reguarly checked to ensure it is as accurate and as up-to-date as it could possibly be.

Will this increase in direct mail harm the environment?

Direct mail is an affective way of communicating with potential customers and winning new business. However, with millions of items of direct mail sent each year in the UK, it is vitally important that appropriate measures are taken to ensure any harm to the environment is reduced.

Please be conscious of the environment when planning your marketing. You should consider using recycled or alternatively FSC approved printing methods. Who do I contact if I need help with my targeting?

For those who require assistance in selecting their contacts, it is necessary for us to charge a small one-off fee of £25 (inc VAT). This is simply to cover the costs associated with providing a one-to-one service, however the 200 contacts remain free-of-charge. If you would like to arrange one-to-one assistance then please contact us using the online form and one of our Data Consultants will be in contact as soon as possible.

Will I be entered into a contract to purchase more contact lists in the future?

No. There is absolutely no obligation to purchase contact lists from Corpdata in the future, and you will not be entered into a contract to do so.
